but alot of innocent Iraqi's have died yet every (well almost) american killed in Iraq was a soldier or in some Iraqi's eye an invader.

Beside that you have to understand that the American soldiers are actually in Iraq. Their country. When a white American is killed in a country of Arabs after they invaded it they tend to celebrate. Same way if the Chinese invaded us we'd celebrate if we killed a bunch of them at once.

The majority of foreign fighters are Arab Muslims. I know there are branches of Islam but they both have the same goal: Get the U.S. out of Iraq. When you have a larger more powerful mutual enemy you tend to work along with and ignore people you don't like.

Well, the area of Iraq I was in has already been turned over to the Iraqi Army. It is also one of the most peaceful areas. So I guess they were not just telling us what we wanted to hear. They helped us drive the Foreign fighters out.

I guess that the country almost breaking out into civil war(religious) really means they banded together to drive us out.

Oh and another thing that you wouldn't understand is that whole part of the world works around bribes, once you have actually experienced more of the world rather then getting it from the internet, you learn a lot more.
