When you are doing something, say you are hungry and go buy something. Say to her, "Uhm, can you take a bite first, they might have put poison in it?". Also, when in her company, ask her if she heard a sound, because you did. Ask her if she saw that dog run across the street.

I had/have a similar type of problem but its almost run its course at this point. I tried pretty much everything but I found that it doesn't really help. Theres only two things you can really do.
Speak to her about it. Say that you simply want to be friends, your not in that place, you like someone else. With that third idea get one of your girl mates to agree it with you beforehand so shes not supprised if this other girl comes up to her.
Or just ignore it. I know that its hard, but sometimes as I said letting it run its course seems to work. She'll give up eventually.

Just when she tries to text you/call you/ speak to you say sorry and that your busy/on the way to something, rather than fuck of bitch or whatever.
