Just like the interwebz restrictions. It will never pass, and if it does in this case people will go topless infront of parliament, and they know it. In the case of the net restrictions, people will DDOS parliament, but IRL. Imagine shitstorms of wow geeks unhappy that they can't get pr0nz anymore. Scary right? The politicians know it.
