Ty seems pretty funny and down to Earth.
Alpha because he's got a good sense of humor too.
OrangeHound because he makes my job a HELL of a lot easier. And yes, I know he's not a moderator.
KMarion because he's extremely levelheaded and pretty intelligent too.
As for least favorite? I'd probably say badHQ just because I never really see him doing anything. Though we might just be online at different times.

While the people who have been members for a while don't really censor their thoughts so much (which is fine...it's not a knock against them), some of the newer members come here and just don't really understand how things work...so when they get offended, they expect retribution.
As for what I can do about it, I try to be pretty fair. I used to be a pretty harsh moderator and I'd send out AWMs all the time just to try to get people to stop doing whatever it was they were doing, whereas now I'm more likely just to make a comment to knock it off and then talk to the person about it.
