I work in a food plant. How this was handled is just crazy. The whole management team has to be screwed up. Any one person there could have prevented this.

the point being, this guy is simply gunna walk away from this with out any compensation to these families. Even if he went to jail, it will not be ass pounding prison at all, it will be some sort of minimum security bullshit prison. This guy is a murderer. Mac would actually have a better point if he mentioned that corporate criminals typically get lighter sentences than violent criminals, despite the fact that corporate crime is often more detrimental to society than most single violent acts.

That's not the fault of capitalism, but it shows you a major flaw in our justice system.
