Looking to purchase a CoD4 server for team, was wondering if anyone has experience with the above hosts, and any others, who would you recommend?

Multiplay seems to be the most popular, and my old BF2 clan used it. They had a Rackage server for 2142 and said it was horrible, and had really bad customer support. Things might have changed, though, that was a while ago.
If you want a UK host: Multiplay, Has clanforge updated with all the mods including the latest promod's.
I enjoy rackage-hosted servers on CSS. (namely IOA)
