Good, because NATO is wrong on at least two out of three cases (Georgia & shield). Still though, I doubt Russia is making an ass kissing manoevre for the Georgian and Ukranian issues; if they want it they'll take it with or without NATO's silent aproval. Suppose Georgia joins NATO and ends up fighting with Russia again. What is NATO going to do, deploy US, UK, German & Dutch troops to actively engage the Russians? I think not; respective countries are much to involved elsewhere and Georgia isn't worth it. Appart from that they know they'll have their asses kicked if they have to fight Russia on the Caucasus.
