Russia is surely paying them to move the US base out of the country, Russia will the offer Russian airbases for the US to supply their troops and in exchange NATO will drop to include Georgia and Ukraine ... and maybe even cut the rocket shield over Europe ...

Good, because NATO is wrong on at least two out of three cases (Georgia & shield). Still though, I doubt Russia is making an ass kissing manoevre  for the Georgian and Ukranian issues; if they want it they'll  take it with or without NATO's silent aproval. Suppose Georgia joins NATO and ends up fighting with Russia again. What is NATO going to do, deploy US, UK, German & Dutch troops to actively engage the Russians? I think not; respective countries are much to involved elsewhere and Georgia isn't worth it. Appart from that they know they'll have their asses kicked if they have to fight Russia on the Caucasus.

Georgia and the Ukraine want to join NATO. NATO isn't pushing them. In fact, NATO has told them they need to make some significant military upgrades (for interoperability) if they want to join.
