(^^and i say IC 3 because i haven't the balls to say what i really want ! ahem )
1) I am saying I am not racist because I am not racist. I never said black people were to blame, I said black people are who everyone was talking about.

2) My bike gets locked in my basement. Those who enter my home who don't either (a) live there or (b) have permission get shot by me if the dog does not eat them first.

Yes you do need the fucking government to help you judge the threat of an impending storm. Your ignorance in this matter is extremely obvious here. Hurricane Francis was much larger and yet it dealt minimal damage (Since judging the size of the storm seems to be your most critical factor). Katrina was a Cat 3 when it made landfall. Each individual citizen is not capable of judging the strength of the levies, or even the best paths to take in order to get out. You NEED the government lowing. You NEED their information to help make an INFORMED decision.

If they would have left and not went to work you would have remarked those lazy people are just looking for a day off. You enjoy hiding behind hindsight.
This is a region completly aware of hurricanes and how unpredicable they are and the damage they can do. So, if you rely on ther govt. to tell you what a hurricane is and what it can do, EVERY fuckin hurricane season, then yeah, I guess you better let the govt. take care of you, since it is obvious you can not make a decision for yourself.

You know this is a racist comment but you don't care.  You blame a whole group of people for not acting like an individual when Katrina took place instead of blaming the Government for the lack of help and assitance.  How could they possibly know what to do?  They told them to leave a couple of hours before Katrina hit NO.  Bush administration failed like in every single thing they did.  Now you have the nerve to say black people are to blame instead of a cunt who didn't have a clue how to run a country.  And the proof is out there.  Take a look at what he did to the US.  I can't believe you're still with this thing.

Right, I have been making that decision my entire life. We know what a hurricane is and we know what it can do. Don't dumb down the conversation. Their paths and the predicted results are not something the average citizen can gauge on their own... that is unless they have complete access to millions of dollars in meteorological equipment and a personal command center in their living rooms keeping them up to date on a CONSTANTLY CHANGING situation.
