Ok...how can you figure out who has this rank? it says that it it awarded to the "best performing sergeant major once a month" and how do they determine "best performing"? my main concern though is how to find out who has this rank.

Just to enlighten you slick, its awarded to the highest ranked sergeant major per month, most people arent smotc for long, because they rank up to 2nd lutenant*spelling is wrong, i know.
