I know alot of people have this problem but the thing is I can't even play in offline mode because this is my first time trying to get on my account which is proving fruitless, now alot of threads I've come across say to expect downtime on tuesday so naturally I thought "Fair enough, I'll try and get onto it tomorrow" well, Tomorrow is now and I still can't play it, it gives me "Cannot connect to EA master server please retry or press ok to go into offline mode" now what gets me is that it obviously CAN contact the master server cause it throws a paddy if I type incorrect information.
My firewall is not blocking it I double checked, I've tried patching it 1.50 fully and 1.40 full to 1.40 > 1.50 and that didn't help, I'm running out of ideas here, one thing that bugs me is the fact I contacted EA support via there site, and they ask 8 unrelated questions about how I purchased by card and billing information, lol yeah thanks, I bought it with cash in a GAME store... thanks for the help.
Anyway any and all help would be appriciated
