I don't know the laws in America but here no one is allowed to view files on your server based on assumptions. How can they know a specific person has illegal software stored on that server?

Google strike me as being fucking stupid sometimes. They're in such a hurry to try to come up with every possible invention for the computer in the next 100 years right now, they seem to skim over the fact that it's an idea based on pure retardation.

So you go to play bf2 and have to download 5gb of data first that is only used in that session ? then punkbuster checks the hdd you dont have for hacking stuff you dont have and then errors and you cant play games anymore ? lolz @ google, they didnt think of online gaming or even gaming, did they.
