The OP of this thread is why he says what he does.  When political correctness inspired by religion causes the degradation of free speech, someone should speak up.  Condell does that.

More people should.

To put it more bluntly, more Dutch MP's need the balls to defend the freedom of speech, because if they don't....  well, have fun living under a nanny state.
I am all for free speech... but ironically Pat Condell is living proof of its downsides!
Perhaps, and so is Wilders, but you have to be consistent in protecting free speech.
Agreed... PM me when I'm allowed to question the holocaust in Germany or Austria again!

Hey, I don't know what your stance is on that, but regardless of what it is, you have a right to believe in it and say it.

Not according to all them holocaust denial laws which exist in 13 countries.

There are reasons for that beyond sensitivity, you know... many of these laws have existed since the '50s when stamping out pro-Nazi was a big issue (it still is an issue I think)

The paradox is only a conflict between reality and your feeling what reality ought to be.

While Spark is correct, I think enough time has passed that it should be allowed now.

Anyone who believes that the Holocaust never happened is an idiot, but they still should have the right to speak their mind.

funny, and all of the peace at any price apologists on this forum have nothing to say about Islam's "free speech" against everything non-Islamic.

Oh well not to worry, after all, there is only a "few" of them

No, you're right lowing... there's tons of them! I found three of them under my bed last night. The world is indeed about to end.
