jesus christ, this is hilarious, first of all look at the "source" it's the freaking Sun, that as a start doesn't give the story much credibility. secondly there are no statements from any Doctor, locals in the region or even from the government or anything else that says that this has happened. it might have happened, but i wouldn't trust The Sun as my news source.
