Seriously man, trying getting out more. Even shitfaced with some mates, or if you don't drink (Its okay, i dont drink anymore either) just hang out with them at a party or something and try to get them to introduce you to some people.
If you're talking to a girl, try undressing her with your eyes, they like that kinda sexy shit not to mention it'll take your mind off getting embarrased.
If your classmates pull shit about it, just make a joke. For example if someone says "lolface" at you, just get up and bow to them or clap or something. Or tell them its the new Blue Steel (Zoolander) lol.
Don't worry though, I used to be the same. Giving presentations in front of class are normally uncomfortable for everyone. I know I used to start mine with a joke or a quote from a famous personality, it helped.
