Who is wagging who? It seems mighty odd that the architect of the UN resolution on the Gaza conflict would abstain from voting on the resolution they primarily designed and agreed upon!! Olmert seems to be a bit of a loud-mouthed fuckwit. How embarrassing.

Same. That said, if the Prime Minister of Israel called you up saying he had to speak to you enough and it didn't matter if he interrupted your speech, you'd shit yourself and think he'd done something fucking stupid like nuke Syria. So the fact he went to the phone doesn't mean much.
