I note from UBAR that the promotion from Master Sergeant to First Sergeant requires no Basic Explosives Ordinance Badge.
Is it an oversight? Or that badge is not required?

From Master Sgt. to First Sgt. the only badges required are the kit combat badges (7 in total) and the pistol and knife... Go as EA/DICE as to why exactly these are the badges required.
Sorry to bother you guys. I'm just puzzled because the Basic Explosives Ordinance Badge never appears in the requirements of promotion, even at higher ranks.

I have all basic badges bar the commander and the explosives. I have over the 20000 points required but I still do not have the First Sgt rank.
I had them all before patch came out and have since got the other promotions. Anyone else found this?
