You can't really base skill on the videos that people show, that may be one lucky round etc, best kills. You would have to have played with them to find out. I sure to hell know its not TBL.

being the "best of something" is not worth it in online MP FPS games. its not like someone is going to hand me a million dollars if i was the best sniper, or best medic.if you say that your the best sniper, the will tell you "no one cares"
