Rebuttle, did someone learn to use a Theasaurus?  I'm tired of arguing now.  Canada is cool I suppose.  Do you guys watch "South Park the movie" up there?  Funny.

Fighting a war on terror is an expensive task.  The world doesn't like the US because when a country is number 1 people will naturally not like it.  For example, Chinese people hate the Japanese and Japan is the number 2 economy in the world.  I'm not sure the EU will surpass the US anytime soon, but China will maybe in 40 years or so.  However, the Chinese population is rediculous and the communist way of thinking in China will do nothing but hinder their ability to prosper economically.  Besides, aren't you a little fearful that China will be the worlds most powerful economy?  Those people are freaking nuts sometimes, I fear for my future grand children...

The US really just needs to throw tarrifs on all other countries exports.  Canada is lucky they have a trade surplus, the US deficit is crap...  But we are consumers I suppose, so we just keep comsuming...

Really though, I don't understand why everyone hates the US.  We offer so much aid to all these other countries, they should appreciate it.  Otherwise we should cut the aid off and let those little bastards starve and stop wearing our old Nike t-shirts.

I think a lot of people are like that because they think people give them that stereo-type.  For instance, African Americans in the US act all hard and scare white people because they think we hate them.  When really we don't hate them, its all stereo-tpyes.  I have met some stupid-ass people here; however, there are stupid arrogang people in all countries.  Mostly male too...  But when someone is number one, I think arrogance comes with the territory, don't you agree?  Its a pride thing.

Unfortunately, it's the stupid Americans (yes, there are a shit load) that get the most publicity. Who wants to interview a geography wiz when you can have a dozen people confuse Australia with Iran on live video? The US better start putting more thought into using its education system to educate, rather than brainwash its young citizens into one political party or another.

LOL, our education system does not brainwash people into a certain politcal party.  That is just rediculous to even think.  Although that are many liberal professors in colleges here.  That doesn't support the majority however considering we have a republican president.  There may be ignorant people in the US, but we still do a lot of good around the world that people do not appreciate.  And you know what they really pisses a lot of Americans off.  I mean why should we pay taxes to help a country, when they hate us.  It doesn't make sense.  Besides, what did we ever do to the rest of the world?  I mean, its not like we sided with Hitler or anything.  The US has a lot of trading power and economic power in the world, so other countries who are less powerful tend not to like us.  But what do you think that less powerful country would be doing if they were in the US's shoes?  Do you think they would trade in a way that wouldn't benefit themselves?  Naturally your country is goiing to be looking out for itself before other countries.  So how can anyone even remark about the US.  I just went to an international festival at my university here and it was of countries mainly from asia.  And after the countries were done with their shows, they ran out with their flags in their hands waving it everywhere.  Now honestly, what do you think would happen if an American did that on stage in Pakistan?  Or India?  Do you think the people of that region would recognize the pride of that country in that festival?  NO!  They would think we were arrogant Americans who are just being rude.  You see, that is the difference between the US and the rest of the world.  In the US, you can wave your flag and be proud of your country no matter where you are from.  But you wave the US flag in a different country and you will be ostracized.  Doesn't seem fair to me...  The US is a melting pot of so many cultures and  different types of people and our country is so young by historical standards; however, our success as a nation has proven that this mix of different cultures is a great thing.  When your number one, people will hate you...  That is human nature.  If a person is rich, people will hate them simply because they are rich.  And that is only because they want to be rich themselves.  I think the world should be glad that the US is as generous and a good country as it is.  We fight for peoples freedom and to make the world a safer place.  If you don't think the war on terror is an important war, then you are very very ignorant.  When I was in Japan many people asked me why the US likes war.  And I responded, "If your country was attacked and thousands of people died, you would not want to fight back?"  The US was attacked, and now we are fighting back and we are going to win no matter what.  The United States is the police for the entire world and we have no problem doing that.  You can't rely on the UN because they are incredibly corrupt, so who can you rely on?  The United States of America.  And if you don't like the US, write to a local politician in your country and tell them to stop collecting aid from the US government.  Take some action and make a difference in the world, don't just say you hate us then reap the benefits...  Thanks for reading all of this, if you did.

That was a funny movie though, but its a little misleading.  The interviewer leads them into thinking it is a different country.  So if 1 person has any doubt then they will agree with the interviewer.  Also, they probably interviewed 100 people and only showed the 10 funny ones, considering it was a comedy show that was on.

But honestly, what kind of fool doesn't know freaking Australia!!?  It was funny watching those people though.  And I'm assuming that your education system teaches you every country's location in the world?  Can you name every state in the US?  If you can't, then that is the same thing.  Our country is so large it is like Europe anyway.  So learning the states in the US is like learning all of the countries of Europe...

Wow... this is what I call post hacking.... we went from "How can I go from point A to B" to "We all hate american"/"We have the best country".

First to be able to make this statement, one should have lived in "all countries" in some degrees.

All countries have their UP side and DOWN side. You can find "red necks" and "stupid people" in all countries. They are not call the same, but we all have them.

Yes, the US is a great country, but it is far from perfect. And the same can be said about Canada. But I love my country (Canada).

Can we come back to that Hot Chick in the picture above?

The US already do that!!!

Despite the fact there is a FREE trade agreement between the USA, Mexico and Canada, yet the USA always feel the need to had taxes, import fees, penality on goods. In fact the USA is one of the most protective market in the world after China and Japan. Just imagine how the deficit would be without them.

The reality is the US needs Canada (God do you love our Energy/Gaz/Petrol/and now water reserve) and Canada needs the US market.

lol these old good arguments between armericans and canadians, its always funny to read that shit.

But seriously its kinda hard to compare both countries when one got 35 millions poeple and the other have 300 millions poeple.

If your going Up North, theres tons of whales and polar bears to hunt down and you should do some winter camping, its really cool but a little cold. Get a good sleeping bag lol.

Canada rocks!
