An acquaintance of mine sent me a link to a website (the URL for which I thankfully have forgotten) with a disturbing number of video clips showing people engaging in self-mutilation ranging from hammering nails through forearms to severing fingers and toes all the way up to (EWWWW) castration.

If people will literally videotape themselves cutting off their nut sacks and posting the footage online...how are Internet suicide clubs all that surprising?  Not that I condone this, personally.  Look at it from this perspective: We're all BF2 players here, and we know there are some situations that ensure us certain death.  For instance, running across a wide open field and seeing an enemy tank turret turning towards you.  We COULD "suicide" by giving up the fight and standing still for the shell to blast us to shit.  But we don't.  We hammer Shift, W, and the space bar like there's no tomorrow because we want to LIVE.  Why should real life be any different.  God knows we face a lot of difficulties from day to day, but if we refuse to concede even when a tank is about to blow us to smithereens, then we should be able to hold out from anything.

What's wrong with these people....Mmmm...

Well, some people got a sick mind but also what plays a big role here fokes is

Music, and movies (and also Games Expample that School with those 2 fokes doing some REAL LIFE DOOM)

Aw fuck! That made me laugh so much! How so totally LAME do you have to be to join a suicide CLUB!? If you have to join a club, you obviously arn't fucking doing it right are you!? I mean, what the fuck do you talk about? (Put on Emo kind of dull drawl for the accents here.)

Suicide clubs. Lame hang out for Emo kids who were banned from the cemetary. Speaking of which, I wish those damn Emo kids wouldn't always hang out at the cemetary. I mean, who the fuck are they kidding? It's obvious they don't like it. Also, about them always trying to laugh when someone dies at the movies so people think they're strange and mysterious. Listen up! People don't think you're strange and mysterious, they think you're pathetic and fucking stupid!

I havn't had so many people agree with me since I told that fucker gOt JediPimp to fuck off these forums when he posted that certain picture... you know the one...

Okay, serious time, I've got that off my chest. Suicide is pointless, weak and selfish. Anyone who's willing to put their friends and family through a fucking rough time just because of some stupid fucking adolescent problem they don't have the guts to talk to someone about, is all of these. There's nothing 'strong' or 'noble' about taking that final step, just a certain amount of ignorance.
Clubs that promote this kind of mopey, depressed existance are just fucking lost, and people who buy into that shit need to seriously re-evaluate their lives. Yes, we all go through teenagehood, we all feel awkward and depressed - it's a rough time. Suicide is an easy and weak way out, and it's not fucking worth it either. Bad times change, awkwardness wears off, you can grow out that black hair dye, and we have drugs now that can deal with any acne related problems you may have.

And please, if you're not into suicide, but still like the depressed kind of "Is he/she going to do it we don't know" kind of existance, PLEASE do it away from the fucking cemetary, and away from me in general, and be original for once. Wear vampire fangs or something, or a pointy witch hat, you know you want to.
