Seriously, how does anyone think the Rangers are even moderately good? They've got like, 4 (soon to be 5) more games played than their competition who are extremely close...they get shut out by Florida 4-0, lose to multiple other easy teams and it seems like the only time they can win is when they're in a shootout.

The standings are so deceptive when it comes to them right now.

And wtf @ Columbus beating SJ.

You're just saying that to get me rambling here, and you succeeded But, yeah. You're right about that 5 games more than others. But what can you do when the ppl who plan the calendar have to take in mind all the other events in the arenas. Same stupid thing back here, and our league hands out 3p for a win. So basically some teams have been trailing 15 points or more. Imagine how dumb does that look. The Rangers (judging by the stats, since I'm a cheap bastard and don't pay a robbery price for Canal+ to get NASN) can't seem to keep their package together for the full 60min for some reason. Wasn't it against Toronto when King Lundqvist and the rest of them fucked up a 4 goal lead in the last period? And those 4-0 kinda losses at home against Florida are just... bad. But still I keep clapping my hands for them. If they don't put in a new gear I'll say conference finals max in the playodds. Well well, 3rd period just ended and guess what? The game is going in to overtime!



Damn, that Mason seems to be lifting the rest of the Columbo team up with his efforts. Playoffs this season?

It's not that they're a bad team, but they're not as good as everyone makes them out to be, and the standings are highly deceptive. Boston would be like, 10 points ahead if they had the amount of games the Rangers played.

They're more of an average team who's had an incredibly easy schedule so far.
