Wake Island 2007.....FEH!

Does anyone else remember Urban Siege from Desert Combat? I had the best battles of my entire gaming LIFE on that map. Hell, when we'd get bored we'd play "Find the Tanker" just for kicks. But man, get sixty-four players on that map and it was an EVENT.

Urban Siege would be incredible with grappling hook...

IMHO, the best Battlefield map ever made, even if it was by modders.

I didn't really like it.. if you didn't have a tank, car, or whatever you'd spend half an hour running from one flag to the other. warlord is smaller and more ground infantry friendly

Well....yeah, but all that running around wouldn't be so bad if you had the squad features of BF2.

On of my other old joys was playing Vietnam and WALKING next to tanks, keeping pace with them on the way to flags, they'd protect us from big stuff, and we'd protect them from RPGs.

I still think US would be the most popular map if it were made for BF2

IMHO, the best Battlefield map ever made, even if it was by modders.

I would LOVE that map in BF2 !!!!! OMG that would be sweet!
That really was the best map ever. Far better than the ones we have now.
The small roadblocks that cut off vehicles from flags was a great idea. Huge map for vehicle fights / urban setting for close combat. That really was great.

Urban Siege will forever be the best urban map !!!!!!!!
