Phew. Thank God for that... I was beginning to think Zimbabwe were in a spot of bother there.

"President Robert Mugabe has said Zimbabwe has contained cholera - as the UN and a UK charity warned the deadly outbreak was getting worse. Save the Children said: "If anything is certain in the chaos of Zimbabwe today it is that the cholera outbreak is not under control." Mr Mugabe also said Western powers were plotting to use cholera as an excuse to invade and overthrow him. "Now that there is no cholera there is no cause for war," he said."

Robert Mugabe is a fucking idiot. Can some Zimbabwean out there pluck up the courage to kill him, please?

An outside job would be dodgy but surely one Zimbabwean out there can be trained to get off a good head shot?

Wouldn't be too difficult. I have no idea how much of a security perimeter Mugabe has around him, but I doubt its hugely thorough.

If there was every a time to kill Mugabe it was in his first 5 years of dictatorship. Not when he could die at any time now...

Zimbabwe's information minister on Friday accused former colonial ruler Britain of starting the country's cholera epidemic in a bid to commit a "genocide of our people".

"Cholera is a calculated, racist attack on Zimbabwe by the unrepentant former colonial power, which has enlisted support from its American and Western allies so that they can invade the country," Sikhanyiso Ndlovu told a press conference.

"The cholera epidemic in Zimbabwe is a serious biological, chemical war force, a genocidal onslaught, on the people of Zimbabwe by the British," he said. "It's a genocide of our people."

"Gordon Brown must be taken to the United Nations Security Council for being a threat to world peace and planting cholera and anthrax to invade Zimbabwe -- our peaceful Zimbabwe," he said of the British prime minister.

Ndlovu spoke one day after President Robert Mugabe claimed the cholera outbreak was over, sparking an international outcry as aid groups warned the epidemic could last for months.

Presidential spokesman George Charamba said in state media Friday that Mugabe had been speaking with "sarcasm," adding that Zimbabwe still wanted international assistance to fight the disease.

Zimbabwe's crumbling infrastructure has helped spread the disease across the country, as broken water and sewage pipes have left many neighbourhoods without clean drinking water or adequate sanitation.
I just lol'd at this accusation.

Physchiatrists would have a field day diagnosing Mugabe.

He hates Britain but copied our style of military uniform and many awards.

He constantly has a moan about our imperialist days and the empire. Yet his country has been free for how many years and look where it is...

He says he is better off without us. Yet he is one of the 3 countries Army's to use the SA80 rifle. Made in Britain...

He also enjoys his tea!

I believe there should be a picture of him next to the definition of hypocrisy.

I wouldn't be surprised if he went and asked us for aid as well following our 'genocidal attack'

Invade that fuck and topple him. Although I can predict possible vetos from China, Russia and SA just because they're idiots.

Either way I think Mugabe's time is soon over. The country is literally too fucked now.

The guy has literally ran out of excuses, inventing the most far-fetched stories in the world. I'm pretty sure he knows that if he's taken out of power, he's dead anyway it goes.
