I happen to enjoy the COD series.  I think that Modern Warfare, while not quite exceptional, is still are very solid game.  I enjoy the modern weapons, loved the settings, and I enjoy killing radical terrorists.  Maybe you LOVE TERRORISM. 

But really, how can you be so quick to dis a game that you have yet to play, or even see for that matter?

In case you didnt notice, CoD4 is just over a year old. Not only is a complete sequel to it being released in the near future, there has been another game released in the meantime.

Pretty long development cycles you got there. If you cant see how terrible the MP in CoD4+ is then there isnt much hope.

And I am assuming you are being facetious about the terrorism thing.

CoD4 was okay, SP was fun as hell and MP did hold me for a few months but after that I stopped playing cause it got a tad repetitive.

If MW2 is good, i'll buy it and play it for awhile. Probably won't hold me too long as Operation Flashpoint 2 will most likely be my bread and butter next year. <3 OFP1

what weapons did you used? how many times did you ACTUALLY play against competent opponents? on what maps, gamemodes?

did you even consider ladder play for a second? what about realizing that IT was accepted into the WCG over games like CSS?
