Yes, I also can be a total jerk, but not in the sense as you explained this guy to be. Standing you up without an explanation is really weak. I have no idea why women have a tendency to fall for the idiots, but that's the way it is. Just as we men love tits and ass above everything else, only to realize that into the relationship, we find ourselves needing something like brains as well. Wash rinse repeat. Every now and then the perfect package comes along (or as close to as possible), this guy certainly isn't it.

Forget about him - I hate to say it, but unless you're completely fixated on someone, there's no point worrying about it. To be perfectly candid about it, 1 hour is too long to wait for anyone (save for my gf, who's always late, but I don't mind). He probably went with another friend (said before), or went to something he liked more.
