Ive only had a couple light dustings so far, caused by the Lake effect. Usually we dont have any accumulating snow until around Christmas. Its been a little colder than normal, about 10-15 degrees below normal the past few weeks. I fricken hate winter. Nice to play in for a day or two, then it gets old quick. Im hoping for a mild winter this year. I'd move to Hawaii with my in-laws in a heartbeat. Hurry up Spring!

Chill bra. In my neighborhood there is a park named after Leifr Eiríksson. This used to be a Norwegian neighborhood. Anyway, the weather. It has been unusually cold. Freezing or close to it all day long. There has been random flurries that lasted for about 10 minutes at a time around the greater NYC area. -5 to -15 here, 10-40cm snow (mostly around 30), snowing shitloads and lights are flickering. 17:10 and it's black outside. This is probably what hit Helsinki the other day.
