hey man...ive been to lan tau..the BIG BUDDHA..several years ago...i think it was the year Deng died..i loved it

i was in HK last year... had a great time, and wanted to stay, but couldn't. might be going back this year for a conference. i went to lan tau too - amazing. i was staying at the CUHK, which is a campus sent on a mountain side for those that don't know - freaking unbelievably beautiful (but kills your legs walking around).
