basicly game loads up and then it crashes with this error I never come a cross this problem before any help would be apprishiated

I tried reinstalling game 4 times now not helped I also updated my drivers still no luck, only thing changed I can actually get to menu and when map finished loading it crashes with that error I found some thing online said that it has some thing to do with soundTheAussieReaper wrote:

I think its a Single Player problem so get a no-cd crack and try it

its downloaded by steam so I don't even need a CD, it just post short cut on desktop and it auto updates it self with patch and every thing
hmm, I have no idea then, i figured it was a problem with the cd so if you got it from steam...

Start it up, alt tab out, CTRL ALT DEL, go to processes, halt iwmp.exe. Start it back up, when it says "Run in safe mode?" Select yes. Try that.

Select iwsp.exe and click end process. It'll prompt you asking if you're sure, just hit yes. Then start it up, and click yes when it asks about safe mode.
I got this problem sorted
