BF2S Forums My answer from EA, can somebody tanlate???

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. I see that you are requesting to have your old stats restored. At this point, we are unable to restore the previous stats for your account. I apologize for any frustration this causes. To get back to the level you were at, you will need to play the game again to get to those unlocks. You should be able to login to your account fine at this point, please let me know if you experience an issue when logging into your account.

I'm gonna bitch to EA until they revive my stats. The main thing is my rank and points. The rest isn't that important.

they didn't restore my stats... they just gave me my global score and rank back... anything else was earned after that.  to be honest, they aren't going to help you any further.  i feel bad for you, you're a good guy and you always karma the award earners and now your account is ruined.  but is it really?  i thought all my hard work was gone after i was reset, but what it really did was give me a fresh start, so all my newbness stats were gone, and now i have new stats that reflect my true playing ability.  i know how you feel, but you just have to try to move on

as far as getting your score and rank back, you have to appeal to their support department, and they will contact you with some steps you need to take.
