IMO if a bank uses government funds to make loans then they should require that they don't loan the money to N.I.N.J.As (No Income No Job Applicants).  If it s private bank then they can do whatever they want.

I don't think anyone can reasonably expect Obama to be given a free pass. That would be hypocritical in the extreme following years of Bush bashing.

The political machinations are ridiculous imo.  One day someone is blaming the economic woes on the current administration, the next it's all nicey nicey.  I'm wondering how much hysteria is caused, leading to poor decisions based on some of the BS being thrown around during a presidential campaign.

It is the duty of the voting public to scrutinize the incumbent administration on every issue it deals with... that is how standards are maintained. Two fundamental flaws in many people's attitude towards Government are (A) that big Government is inherently evil and as little as possible should be left up to the Government and (B) that speaking out and questioning your Government is 'unpatriotic'.

My advice... grill Obama at every turn, get your money's worth out of him. Nobody forced him to run for President, he knew what he was letting himself in for.

As for the worst president ever... hands down Andrew Jackson the Indian killer.... worst atrocities in American history were committed by him. Even today some people even refuse to handle $20 bills because his picture is on them. It like having hitler on your money.
