I went on a server a couple of nights ago and I started receiving every medal under the sun.. also enough points to make Lt. Gen..

I thought at first that someone just managed to make a mod that hooked onto the gui to make it look like medals had been won, but no, i checked bfhq and they were all there!

I've asked EA to reset my stats and I've made another account in the mean time.

Anyone have a clue as to why/how the server had manipulated my stats that way?

congratulations, some little kid has deemed you worthy enough to have your stats hacked.  Feel proud that you are such an important person that someone would act in such a way.
