Target bitching is one thing, but I'm not aware of any European-led diplomatic results that have helped.  You guys probably get better coverage of Europe then I do, so...an honest question because I don't know.  What has Europe done lately to actively resolve the Palestinian problem?

Well, we haven't contributed huge amounts of military and financial aid to one side over another... does that count?
