Yup, we don't really know what it is that we are tired of, and figuring it out would be too much work. But I heard that guy wants something different.

Did I miss where he said he voted multiple times?  What he said could just as easily be interpreted as he came back on a couple of different occasions because of long lines.

This is what I thought...they were talking about long lines and that he  decided to come back to vote a couple times...like he came and checked on the line...

Exactly.  They were talking about long lines and the guy said he decided to come back.  Then the reporter said something, and the guy commented that he came back a couple of different times.  I took that to mean that he came back multiple times due to the long lines.  The reporter is the one that said that was illegal, thus making the assumption that the guy meant he voted multiple times.

OK, I watched it again and turned the volume up louder.  He did say at the end he decided to come back and vote a couple of times.  If he meant exactly what he said, then he should be arrested.  If he meant he came back on a couple of different times because of the long lines, then the boy really needs to get some English lessons.
