We were neutral with a bias (we allowed crashed Allied troops to return to their country of origin while detaining Nazi troops) and we shouldn't have had any bias at all so you can thank us for that whenever you're ready!

I never implied the recent Syrian raids were tantamount to a full scale invasion, I just made my opinion clear that if you're going to start ignoring borders and doing what you like in a region where you already occupy two countries by way of preemptive invasions then don't be surprised if the natives get a little restless.

I'd like to see your opinion if Mexico started policing El Paso and San Diego like Cam suggested.

Why is the land on which they live and have always lived 'your' nation? Are they supposed to make a nation out of magical thin air? Just because one of the old imperialist Sultans subjugated them under the Ottoman Empire does not mean you are morally right to subjugate them under the rule of a nation they don't want to be ruled by. Why don't they want to be under Turkish administration? Because they're NOT Turkish. Is Kurdish taught in all schools as a joint-first language of the country? Is Kurdish history taught to all Turkish children in school alongside Turkish history? Is their culture respected? It matters not whether you perceive them as enjoying 'equal rights'. Just like the Irish they do not want to be ruled by a foreign power and they do not want their culture diluted by a foreign power. They have every right to fight you to the negotiating table.
