1. Go to the site shown in the first post
2. Click on the bar you would like to use
3. On the page that opens, look near the top for the box with the frog and the red text to automatically generate the code and click it
4. Copy the 1st choice (hotlink for forums) into your signature in your BF2S control panel.
5. Enjoy
