I can't figure out how to set up my Comms keys for team remarks.

As in talking to people? I believe the defaults are "B" to talk to squad and like, W or something to commander. Just press ESCAPE to delete the key and put your own. It was annoying too when I first played.
And sometimes your squad cant hear you or anything so make sure your mic is on and configured right, and its not muted in windows.
