What Patch Are We On Now?

I felt like climbing back into this game for some S&G, and I install the latest patch I could find.

v1.41

I can only see about a dozen servers, if they are in fact releasing a 1.5 patch for this game, I would expect it to be still quite popular.

So what patch do I need for me to see the majority of you guys?

v1.41 is the latest patch, if you can only see a couple servers then something is wrong.

Make sure the checkboxes are ticked correctly

You have small/med/large all selected?

Repatch and try again, then re download patch from somewhere else, patch and try again.

ive had the 1.41 patch since it came out and this problem like JUST happened about a month ago. I dont play that much anymore so its not that big a deal but meh.

i doubt they will release a patch 1.5 for BF2 for you active players there. the game is soo broken than even a patch is not enough to fix the serious problems of the game. dont get me wrong, no patch can fix everything. Some people i know say that 1.41 is decently reliable at best.

If you don't think so, then go back to CoD4. You obviously don't like the BF series, so keep it out of the BF Forums.

Otherwise, 1.41 is the latest, make sure you didn't D/L 1.4.

No patch will make the CoD4 multiplayer hold any interest for me, so there we go

BF2 is not a broken game, I'm very much used to the bugs and randomness by now. It's still alot more fun than any of the new games I have seen.

LGM/TV missile J10 hitbox F35 hitbox/no thrust glitch vehicle spawn glitches pod missile 1 reload glitch dead tank shell glitch commo quick veh drop glitch arty on carrier hits water glitch /reload when getting up from prone switching weapon throwing nade etc etc etc.

I know the game is flawed, but I don't think it's broken. If you took infantry away from me I wouldn't be undually bothered, i'd just stop playing.

They all exist twoblacklines, they're not as common as people make them out to be though.

The infantry combat is the buggiest part of the game tbh...but it's still a fun game overall, otherwise why would we play it?

If I didn't want to play vehicles, I'd play CS. At what point was I crying? You said it wasn't broken, I simply stated it was and listed a few things that came into my head as to why I think it is.

Come back with something that has a little more substance, or just don't bother replying.
