I've been searching through the forums and reading about this ribbon and it looks as if it definately has been confirmed a 3:1 Win/Loss ratio. 

Now for those that have it, any tips on obtaining this ratio?!  I'm already at 362/336 so I know this will take me nearly forever now.  THe problem is no matter how good you are you can't always depend on a reliable team. =o

Is there any tricks to:  Joining a non-auto team server? Logging before a loss? Playing 16p only maps?

From a couple profiles I have looked at that do indeed have it, they had nearly a 4:1 win/loss ratio and curious how this was obtained on pub servers. =o

P.S. Sorry if this had been answered before but I could not find it in the search results, only the confirmation of the requirements.

Join an autobalance "0" server and switch side at the end. That's all the ribbon really means.

If you switch right at the end it still counts as a loss. It goes by what team you were on most in the round.

That is what I figured.  So basically it definately seems this is one of the hardest ribbons to obtains since you have to rely on your whole team doing well the majority of the time!

I guess a theory (Since I dont have it either) is to disconnect before you lose if you lose, and or join the winning team.

But, how else can you truly get this ribbon besides doing a team stack or a disconnect. I guess join a really good clan/team and only play with them on your team and win?

i think it's only wins/losses while you are playing as commander, not overall. but i may be wrong.

If you're an excellent jet pilot/tank whore you can help your team a lot with ticket loss alone but other than that... .  I don't think I'll ever get it.

how bout we all wait until they lower the requirements ;D
hardly anyone has the ribbon, and 3;1 ratio is a bit excessive.
