I get this problem in Insurgency, whenever I spawn in after selecting kit and weapons and shit my game always crashes.

Did you get the popup of defragging the game? If so defrag.

It is likely that it has something to do with the hl2.exe. Try checking it.

I fixed it. You won't believe what's been causing it; I turned on the "play musicz all the time" setting or whatever, and that makes it crash.
