ummm..what? Did you quote the wrong person?...cuz, I was merely stating that if the landlord is not paying the mortgage, there should be some sort of protection in place for the renter that is paying their rent. I never suggested that the federal government should tell people how and where they could spend their money...ATG wrote:

Or only accept people who can afford a theoretical interest rate. Even thought they can afford the low variable interest rate if they cant afford the highest or near the highest possible interest rate they are not approved.ATG wrote:
