by the reaction of stockholders, does this mean that even though the 700B bailout plan passed, did we just waste 700B cause stock market is still fail?
we are now at -400 for the day, and DOW total = 9,900

The bailout just made people feel more insecure, saying that fat cats get a pass while the little guy gets the bill.
