some clanmates f me who where in the cache have been moved to: NO STATS AVAILABLE
i have looked them up several times then they end up in the queue (says no 26 of 32 update in +- 1 minut) after a hour i look again they have no stats and are re-added to the queue
why is this?

And my telepathy has magically given me their playre ID numbers and now I can summarily solve your problems.

First off, I don't recall every putting in any message that says "NO STATS AVAILABLE", but that could be my poor memory.

Secondly, bugs happen -- but if you don't give me details, I can't help you -- nor will I try.

Be detailed. Tell me what pages you are on, give me URL's, enumerate the steps you took to produce the bug, list the player names/ids that are erroring.

i have added them to the queue several times and they get added (Error: You are #2 of 2 in the queue.Approximate wait time is: 06s.)
after 10 minuts they have no stats and are re-added in line for a lookup
they have had stats before(a week ago)

Tell them all to go play more. I don't allow the stats of any one under 100 points. Keeps out the dummy accounts and mules.
