I want a dual pci-e one to replace my Antec SmartPower which is super quiet.

Which one of the following PSUs are quietest, if you don't have an answer or do not know every ones of these power supplies. Try posting the acoustic noise level for them or compare it to my SmartPower

-Antec TruePower
-Enermax Liberty Power
-Seasonic S12
-Zalman ZM460-APS
-OCZ Power Stream

Well the chances of you finding soeone who has owned all three are slim.  Poeple can say they have owned one (I got the enermax).  And it's quite, however I cannot compare it to how it would be to the other four.

Google it (Quitest PSU), Also, in the specs it should give you a db number.

i checked their official sites and only Antec gave me 21db and Zalman gave me around 20bd. The rest advertised about being quiet did'nt gave me stats.

but cooling is also important, i dont mind the noise since i got a headphone, and 2 fans is much better for cooling since 1 takes out heat and one takes in cool air

The matter of quiet is purely subjective and the decibel readings you see can be a marketing trap.  The decibel numbers has to be recorded from a certain distance.  It can be 20db from a meter away or it can be 20db from 6 inches away.

As mentioned before, it's slim that anyone would have own or possess all 3 to have for comparison. I personally have the Seasonic S12 600W.  So far it's good.  I do not know if it's quiet though... that part is hard for me to gauge since this WD 180GB HD I have is driving me up the wall with its high-pitch noise.

If the PSU you look at gives you something that are supposed to enable a quieter system, consider it an option.  But if you're unsure about it, get the Zalman PSU since they specialize in quiet computing.
