Which guns can shoot trough walls/glass?

Did a search...nothing relevant came up.

So, which guns can shoot trough cockpit glass? And which ones trough things like supply boxes and metal fences? Or is it just one attribute for all these things?

Here's an example: I've recently unlocked the Jackhammer and managed to kill somebody (who was already quite beaten up) by pumping trough a fence in karkand. Does this mean the Jackhammer can also shoot trough cockpit glass? If that's true then I could for example get my chopper back if its taken by the enemy just before I got in it.

I've also heard that damage is reduced if it goes trough something. Is this true and if so does this vary on the material/gun?

Just wondering how all these things work.

The M95 is good for sniping pilots

I've killed many peeps shooting through fences, think most of the guns does that easily ...

No, it can't.

I think there is a difference between Chopper/Jet glass and that of a vodnik/humvee/NOJ

As far as I know, anything shoots through the glass of transport vehicles, and any weapon shoots through fences.

For chopper/jet glass, M95, .50 cal mounted machine guns (Includes Bumblebee side guns, tank gunner's etc), LAV main cannon and any jet machine gun.

Also interesting to note that a .50 cal machine gun can kill an APC in a few seconds if you aim correctly and don't get killed by the APC you're aiming at.

I can't remember what assault rifle doesn't shoot through the chainlink fence, but if this occurs just pull the pistol. The pistol shoots through the chainlink fence.

Every weapon shoots through fences.
Exept the SRAW, which is instead one of the two weapons able to penetrate Chopper-/ Jet-/ Vehicle glass.

Vodnik glass cant be shot through with normal weapons.

there are 3 collision meshes for every object or vehicle... one mesh is to stop bullets...one mesh is to stop soldiers(from running through things) and one mesh is for vehicles(so that they impact when hitting a wall or rock etc) the meshes are invisible and untextured but do their job... the modeller can decide what shape the mesh should be... holes in the collision mesh where the windows are and glass etc... and collision mesh where the walls are and where they don't wan't things to get through...

Most guns can shoot through sheet metal. Not sure about pistol.
As for fences, only bullets can go through those...

Only the m95 can shoot through chopper glass, and an eryx shot to the cockpit will kill occupants. Any gun bar the launchers will shoot through mesh and sheet iron fences, no effect on damage through the mesh, but i think it's reduced through sheet iron, can't be certain though.

the M95 is the only weapon i know of that shoots through glass consistently.
most all weapons with splash damage such as the APC guns, jet cannons, SRAW, etc. can cause damage through the glass. mounted .50 cals rarely shoot through the glass also, although i'm pretty sure this is a glitch or hitbox issue.
