Wait for BFHQ to update your stats. Than try it.
If you played for exactly 30 mins, because of time limit or something, and you died several times theese 15 secs dont count.
For such badges I mostly play one round on some "high-point-server", cause the round lasts forever and you will get the badge for sure...

I got it on 30:32 seconds, and died twice, so the you must count number of death*15sec + 30 minutes.
