Thats 15 "Team" points not just 15 points.

It's easy but you need those IAR requirements after obtaining all the sufficient hours.

You've obtained the commander time at the second of March...
Since that time you 've won 4 games and lost 2 games = 6 games
And you gained 14 teamwork points.

So in 6 games you've earned 14 team points, if you had them in 1 sole round it still wouldn't be sufficient.

In conclusion:
1/ Play more
2/ Have more patience
3/ Read the UBAR more carefully
4/ More questions?

Cheers,
R

Now that's all just based on the biggest and the best graphs generated by Chuy, if you learn to read them they might even mention the colour of your eyes...

Happened to me too, but i got it in the end. You have to meet the time requirements first, then disconnect the server, watch the score/times update and then connect to a server again. When you get your 15 team points (and wait another minute or so) it should come up with a drumroll and the message "you have been selected for an award".

...you will ask your girlfriend if you can play more?... no no no TELL her you will play more. you ask your wife if you can play more, not your girlfriend.
