A friend of mine was 'raped' this year at uni. Basically she was wasted and this sober guy we knew took her home and they had sex. Kinda debatable as to whether it was actually rape or not, but she certainly didn't want to. She never went to the police or anything like that, I guess because she realises the situation. Apparently all his friends at home call him Rapist. He's just been kicked out of uni for failing his second foundation year. Fucking retard.

It's pretty pointless debating the actual rape in this case, it's far too complex and subjective a crime. This thread would only be of any real use in terms of any possible advice that can be offered to the author of the OP or in debating rape in general and the laws and legal processes that relate to it.
It's her responsiblity to have someone sober with her while she is drinking so this type of thing doesnt happen.
