BF2S Forums Positive Racial Stereotypes

No one likes gypsies here. They steal and rape. Wherever they go its like a tornado was there.
Albanians. Not all are the same but some mobsters are real fucktards. Some are hardworking and those are to be respected but a lot of them want to earn quick money, usually with crime.

As an Irishman the positive stereotypes would probably be...

1. Being really good at drinking (positive or negative depending on your point of view)
2. Being good at fighting (again positive or negative depending on your point of view)
3. Having 'the gift of the gab' (i.e. the ability to socialise and engage people conversationally)
4. Being naturally artistic or poetic (Ireland is often referred to as the land of saints and scholars)

As a redhead the positive stereotypes would be...

1. Immunity to pain (some scientists say there's something about redheads that makes them more tolerant to pain)
2. Being good between the sheets (there is a saying here: "red in the head, good in the bed")
3. Being able to handle colder conditions better (pale skin retains heat longer than darker skin supposedly)

Other positive stereotypes I find amusing...

1. That all black people can sing, dance and play the bass like Larry Graham (surely there's one out there who can't!?)
2. That all Asians are really good, hard workers
3. That all Jewish people are really good with money or make excellent lawyers
4. That Scottish people are better drinkers than Irish people (yeah right! ...although it probably would be close)

Does anyone like gypsies anywhere!? I've heard they're even despised in Romania. I feel sorry for regular Romanians over here in Ireland because a lot of people think all Romanians are Romany gypsies and they get tarred with the same brush.

Well tough more so than strong because the great Mexican boxers have all been small and at lighter weights.

I got it we have great work ethic and I always laugh at this one we can always improvise on what we have with a few tools and some beer. Btw i was trying to think of a heavyweight boxer but couldn't think of one.

There are no such things as "positive stereotypes" that is why they are called "stereotypes". If they were positive, they would be called attributes, or characteristics

Sadly being English there are no positive stereotypes about us. Apart from possibly being able to speak correctly. Although if you're from North of Watford or West of Reading then it isn't true.
