Hey i know a trick with having trouble sleeping helped me:
Make the room as dark and quite as possible, now starting at the feet, try to individually flex/tense up each muscle and work you way up to your head. Can take about 30 minutes to do it right, by then you might be asleep.

Nah this doesnt work for me, i generally do 2 - 3 hours of physical activity i.e gym, running etc. So a friend recommended the above and it worked for me, out before i got to my abs...Pea....Tear.....Griffen wrote:
