Finished the demo.
Graphics are pretty good, but I thought some of the enemy models were kind of low poly. Effects are awesome, and the force controls are what you would expect them to be, though they have some learning curve. The hack and slash with the lightsaber (which looks ) is really fun, and the environments were not even repetitive, which is a BIG plus in a third-person hack and slash game. Wish I got to try out more varieties of the force powers on the demo though, because it only features basic telekinesis and a basic "push" attack.
All in all, 4/5.
Go download it!

DLing now on XBLM.
Holy fucking shit. It's everything I thought it would be and more. God damn.
As Archer said, The Force DOES have a bit of a learning curve...I also played it on the easiest one just to get the hang of it, and I did after a while. When you throw objects, they automatically curve towards the enemy. The environment is VERY interactive. There's pipes that can burst, windows that you can shatter, almost get sucked out of due to the vacuum of space, and then they automatically have a steel door that closes after like 2 seconds (obviously). Combat is quite easy, and taking out the AT-ST at the end is quite fun with the lightsaber combo.
This looks to be an excellent game and I'm getting it on launch day, no doubt.
5/5 for the demo from me.

that trailer with the star destroyer crashing is fucking awesome
the demo is on xbox live. its an awsome game. problem is, it has camera problems that somewhat resembles the problem in ninja gaiden 2.
Unfortunately, that lies in most 3rd person shooters/games. Even GTA IV had it.specialistx2324 wrote:

I thought this was pretty cool:

If anyone ever played Star Wars Republic Commando, that was Delta 1138's helmet.
Edit: I also added in screenshots and some notable characters to the front post.

No it doesn't.... It has lightning as well. Which is epic.Archer wrote:

Fun game, but they better fix something with the "lightsaber block"... Since when can a jedi NOT move when he is blocking shots? It's real annoying when you have like 20 storm troopers around you and you are stuck in one place.
the finishing move on that at-st is
Yep...I can't wait to fight the Rancors and throw the lightsaber in it's eyes.SamTheMan:D wrote:
