I used to get like that, but I dont anymore, I was doing 5 dives a day, 4 past 100ft (Dive computer no worries)
try Nitrox, you will feel less tired because it has less Nitrogen (basically)
As far as the shirt thing, I just finished diving the Blue Hole, and why would you wear a tshirt in that amazing Belize sun with that nice breeze?
